Our Ancestor Oil is a blend of Frankincense, Sandalwood, Rose and Rosemary essential oils with Lavender Buds and Mandrake Root blended in. Its intention is to bridge the gap between this world and the next, so contact with your passed loved ones, ancestors, spirit guides, etc. is made easier. A raven charm was chosen for this blend, as the Raven is a messenger bird who can walk between worlds to get messages to and from your people.

It is blended in a base of Apricot Kernel oil, which is safe to use on skin.

This blend is perfect for your Samhain and Dia de los Muertos celebrations and rituals.

These blends are perfect as a candle dressing, to use in a bath before a spell working or ritual, to anoint objects to help in your spell, or to dot onto the skin to help center before a working. The raven charm can be dressed with the oil and placed on your altar to keep as a reminder of your passed loved ones.

I bought 2 bottles of this oil. My best friend and I waited waited waited for it to come back in stock and so once it did, I immediately bought them for us. We both love it! Believe it or not, when I’m really missing my mom or I am doing any kind of ritual/spell work that has to do with those who aren’t here anymore, or related to my heritage, I use this oil. I really feel like it helps me get “in the zone” I guess you could say. I always cleanse all magic or metaphysical items I get BEFORE I use them. Just to set the intentions, clear any possible negative lingering energies, and make sure the items are working for me and only me unless otherwise intended. (And let me just say..whenever I receive items from IGC I never feel like I have too cleanse any of my items. They always have a good healthy, positive, and vibrant energy or they seem almost like a blank slate. As if the item hardly came in contact with any energies at all but is ready for my purposes. I always cleanse all my items anyways just because I’m a little crazy 😁 and I don’t want too regret not doing it later) My best friend, used her oil in conjunction with the lucid dreaming oil and she said she had some very realistic, and detailed “dreams” specifically about family and friends. Also, my favorite part is the raven charm on the bottle! It’s perfect! Im going to get another raven charm and put them on a bracelet to represent Huginn and Muninn.

Perfect for Samhain!

This oil smells wonderful and it invokes the perfect meditation for Samhain. I am preparing for my Samhain and Dia de los Muertos celebration at the end of the month and this oil has been an excellent tool in prepping the space and materials. I also plan to use it during the ritual as well.
