Shipping and Policies
We accept all major forms of credit cards through checkout, as well as Paypal. Payment is a completely secure connection, so no worries when you make your purchase. *At this time, Paypal can not be accepted for recurring Subscription Box orders.
I currently have a 5-7 business day processing turnaround on orders (which does NOT include weekends or holidays). Please understand that most of my items are made when the order is placed, so it is fresh and its energy resonates with the buyer. If you need an order sent quickly, please email me BEFORE you place the order, just to double check I can accommodate the request.
Shipping is done by the United States Postal Service and most packages go First Class (for smaller weighted orders) which takes 2-7 business days for delivery, or via Priority Mail (larger weighted orders), which takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Shipping is calculated based on weight. We do reserved the right to ship very heavy packages by UPS or FedEx. All shipping contains tracking numbers, so you can keep track of your order once it leaves me, and you are emailed the tracking number when I send the package out for pickup.
At the current time, US shipping is the only shipping I have set up. I do ship internationally on a case-by-case basis, so if you live outside of the US, please message me with your order request and I will set up a listing specifically for you with the international shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis. Items such as oils, mists, salts, etc. are non-returnable/non-refundable due to the personal nature of the products. Custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable. Orders over 30 days old are non-returnable/non-refundable. If an item is damaged in shipping, please be prepared to provide pictures of the damaged item when you contact me. More than likely, an equal replacement item will be sent, but this is all handled on a case-by-case basis. Any returns or incorrect shipment information that results in an undeliverable package will come at a cost to the buyer, not Inked Goddess Creations.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders, especially orders where coupon codes are used improperly, or custom orders that are accompanied by very strange or negative requests (such as revenge products, break-up products, etc.). Please contact me before ordering if you feel your custom request could fall under this disclaimer.
I do accept custom orders and suggestions for items you would like to see in Inked Goddess Creations, so please don't hesitate to email me with that information.
Many items here are one-of-a-kind, and items made with gemstones are all unique as gemstones have natural variations in themselves.
There is no guarantee that an item for sale will be replicated in the future, but if I plan to discontinue a major selling item, I will definitely let my customers know ahead of time.
