Accompanying this class is an 18-page PDF workbook that you can download and print to fill out during the class. There are also 7 short videos for this class that are separated into 5 easy lessons that cover the Introduction, Imbolc, Brigid and the Queen of Four Fires Myth, Setting Powerful Intentions and Claiming What is Yours from the Universe, and Pulling it All Together. This class is self-paced, meaning you can do it at your leisure, as the accompanying videos are short and allow for natural breaks throughout your intention-setting process.
