Add some naughtiness to your holiday celebrations with our Krampus Candle, exclusive to Inked Goddess Creations.

In central Europe, Santa Claus has a dark counterpart known as Krampus. With long horns, a pointed tongue, cloven hooves, and a tail, he looks the part of a stereotypical demon. It's theorized that he may have pagan origins and could be modeled on the Horned God.

Krampus wears a basket on his back into which he stuffs naughty children, carrying them away to be punished. He carries a bundle of switches, which are used to whack the disobedient and frighten them into behaving. Krampus also often wears chains, which may be decorated with bells.

Today, as in the days of the old, he is celebrated with parades and bonfires on December 5th, known as Krampusnacht (Krampus Night).

We here at Inked Goddess Creations adore the legend of Krampus and have our own fun rituals and celebrations for him. One of them involves lighting a candle and ringing a bell for him on Krampusnacht in hopes that by honoring him, he won't carry us away.

Our exclusive Krampus Magick Tin Candle is a blend of Firewood, Tobacco, Leather, and Gingerbread. This candle turned out to be one of the most unique blends we've ever had here at Inked Goddess Creations, and we feel it truly embraces the energy of Krampus. Candle measures 2.5" in diameter x 2.75" tall and holds 6 oz of sustainably sourced palm wax.

Each order is for 1 Krampus Candle.

Other items in the picture are for size reference only and are not included with the purchase.
