Athames are used as energy directors during a ritual (not for actual cutting). They can represent the element of Fire and can be used for things like metaphysically cutting doorways or portals, cutting ties with negative energy, and so much more!
These athames are hand-forged to look like a leaf. The blade itself is leaf-shaped, and the iron curves around to create a handle that ends in another leaf. This athame is perfect for green witches out there, to infuse grounding earth energy into their magickal workings.
The athame measures 8" x 1" and weighs 7 oz. It comes with its own sheath as well.
Each order is for 1 athame. Please allow for variances in shape or structure, as each one is individually handmade.
Please note: These knives come with an oil coating that will need to be wiped off before use. This is to protect the metal against rusting and environmental damage. Some of the oil did seep through the box the knife comes in.
