Thanks so much for choosing Inked Goddess Creations for your unique gift shopping needs this holiday season! As most of our items are handmade, we have put together a timeline for holiday orders so we are given time to process everything and you receive it when you need it!
The information on this page relates to US orders, not international.
Our last shipping day before Christmas is Friday, December 15th. Orders shipped on this day *should* make it to you before December 24th, but that is up to the USPS, not us. We are shipping all orders in our system by December 15th, which is before their cutoff window for shipping this year. We will be CLOSED, taking a small break to spend with family, from the 15th until January 2nd. Orders that did not go out before December 15th will not start processing until January 2nd.
We have a 5-7 *business* day turnaround, which does not include weekends. This time does *not* include shipping time for the USPS. This is to make each item as it is ordered, and to give each order the positive energy and attention it deserves. We are not Amazon. Please do not order, thinking you will receive your order in 2 days. We are a small business who specializes in unique and handmade metaphysical items. Our energy goes into our orders, and we want to make sure that energy is calm and positive during the holiday season.
Please also note that once we hand the package over to the USPS, it is THEIR responsibility to deliver it, and in their time frame stated by your tracking number. The USPS does NOT guarantee these times, especially during the pandemic and holiday season. Packages come with tracking, so you know that we fulfilled our part of packaging and shipping and can have peace of mind that your package is on its way to you. You can keep up with package progression on your end, but if your package is marked delivered and it isn't, or the package doesn't show up when it's supposed to, you need to contact the USPS about this.
Shipping is done by USPS. We are currently utilizing their Ground Advantage program, which says that packages arrive within 2-6 days. The USPS does get backed up during the holiday season, so please keep this in mind when ordering.
