New Supermoon in Gemini – June 14, 2026
Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes! That’s the theme for this New Moon in Gemini, and the vibes are really good. The New Moon in Gemini gives us the chance to re-evaluate our social skills, communication, and how we interact with information around us.
It’s technically a supermoon because it’s so close to the Earth, but since it’s a New Moon, it won’t look all that “super” in the sky. It will, however, be a calmer New Moon than usual, which means we can relax a little bit.
As with all New Moons, this one marks a new beginning, and right before it switches to the New Moon, the Dark Moon might have you questioning some shadowy parts of yourself: your quest for independence, how you interact with friends and family, or how you factor into the larger context of your local community or workplace.
Lilith is in Sagittarius, opposing the New Moon in Gemini, which will have us pushing against the status quo. Plus, another asteroid, Eris, will be in Aries, adding more intensity to the starry energies this lunation. Annnnnd…as if that weren’t enough, we’ve also just stepped into Mercury’s pre-retrograde shadow period.
But again, I said the vibes are good, and I’m sticking to it.
