Obsidian is a very powerful and creative stone. It increases self-control and releases imbalances and negative energies. Obsidian is protective and provides support during change. It repels negativity and disperses unloving thoughts. Obsidian resonates with the Root Chakra, making it an extremely grounding stone.
Galaxy Obsidian is a rare form of Obsidian. It contains white and sometimes glittery inclusions that are caused by other minerals and tiny air bubbles. It looks like the stars above. Like other forms of Obsidian, it protects and supports you during life's ups and downs. Galaxy Obsidian also provides a strong energetic shield against negativity.
Palmstones are very similar to Worry Stones but do not have the carved indentation for the thumb. They are very smooth and easily fit into the palm, but are used exactly like worry stones. Worry stones are known as 'pocket tranquilizers.' Rubbing the smooth surface of the stone puts pressure on nerves within the thumb that may release endorphins, the brain's natural relaxants.
