Vendor Information

We have capacity for 20 magickal vendors at this event. We are planning for 13 product-based vendors and 7 service-based vendors.

This cozy event will take place in the headquarters of Inked Goddess Creations in Tucson, Arizona and will be an indoor event. Electricty will be provided to vendors that require it, but the entire venue is air conditioned and powered. Vendors are required to bring their own table (no larger than 6 ft) and chairs to fill their space.

Vendors will be taking their own forms of payment at this event, so please plan accordingly. Service-based businesses will be able to set their own pricing for their services.

Vendors will be required to help advertise this event to their social media and/or newsletter following. Media assets will be provided by us to accepted vendors for ease and consistency in sharing and marketing amongst all vendors. 

Cost is $50 per space. Once notified that you have been accepted as a vendor, payment will be due within 2 weeks via the link sent in your confirmation email. Vendor fee is non-refundable. All deadlines are included on the application.

Applications are being taken through the end of July, 2024. Those accepted will be notified via email within a few weeks following closure.
