Most items are handmade at the time of order, so we have a 5-7 *business* day turnaround on all orders (not including weekends). You WILL receive shipping confirmation with a tracking number when we mail your order!
At the moment, we only ship to the United States, its territories, and APO boxes. This is due to customs times and restrictions in many countries. No one wants their handmade candles or spell oil sitting in customs for 2-6 weeks. We are exploring faster means of international shipping, but for the moment, we ship to the US only.
We currently ship via USPS, as it has consistently been the least expensive for our customers. Orders either go out via First Class or Priority Mail. We do reserve the right to ship larger orders via UPS or FedEx, upon our discretion. You will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number on EVERY order when we ship!
Contact your local post office. The scanning devices that each postman carries are equipped with a GPS tracker, so the post office can find out the exact location where your package was marked 'Delivered' by the postal worker. Then, you move forward with your local post office on how to deal with your particular scenario. Please understand that it is our job here at Inked Goddess Creations to make and ship your order, but once it is accepted by the post office, it is no longer in our hands, and it is up to the post office to successfully deliver your package.
Contact us, please. Be prepared to send pictures of the damage, for us to provide to the post office. Priority Mail packages are automatically insured, so we will either send you a replacement or issue you a refund if we are out of stock on that item. If the item is mailed via First Class, we will work with you on that purchase. If we don't receive pictures of the broken item, though, a replacement or refund may not happen.
Contact us, immediately. If your order has not shipped, we can simply change your shipping info in the system. If the order has already shipped, and the shipping error was not our fault, you will need to pay new shipping charges to have it sent back out to you. We simply hit 'Print' on shipping labels with the info you provide with your order, so if that info was entered incorrectly when you placed the order, a new shipping label will need to be purchased and printed, at the cost of the customer. If a refund is preferred, the refund will not include the original shipping charges, and will not be issued until the original package is returned back to us.
The truthful answer- maybe. Our system doesn't group orders from the same customer together for us. We have to rely on our good, ol' fashioned memories to kick in and let us know that we've seen the same name on 2 different orders. Sometimes we've had enough coffee to get the brains going, and sometimes not. If we do catch the multiple orders, we will combine them and upgrade the shipping, if appropriate. If not, you'll be excited to receive 2 packages from us, sometimes in the same day!!
Please note- Current month's Magick Mail is ALWAYS shipped separately from regular orders. Even if you placed an order that contained Magick Mail and non-Magick Mail items. We can not combine regular orders with Magick Mail orders in one shipment. If you purchased an overstock Magick Mail box from a previous month, we do treat that as a regular order item, so any other items in the same order will all be shipped together.
You can check your reward points balance (and redeem them for coupon codes!) by signing into your account here at Inked Goddess Creations and clicking on the black 'Rewards Program' tab at the bottom of the screen. Your current points will be shown, as well as a link to 'Spend Your Points'.
Yes! If you subscribe to Magick Mail and your subscription box successfully renews each month, you will automatically be credited the amount of your purchase in Goddess Points. Make sure the email you sign up for the subscription box with is the same email as your account here at Inked Goddess Creations, and the points will be rewarded, meaning you are automatically banking points each month without even trying!!
Great question! Sign into your account here at Inked Goddess Creations and click on the black 'Rewards Program' tab in the bottom right corner of the screen (bottom of the screen if on mobile). Your earned points will be displayed there, and there's a link that says 'Spend Your Points'. Click on that, redeem your points for a coupon code, and enter that coupon code into the checkout when you place your next order!
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account does come with some perks, though. You can check on your order history, take part in our Goddess Points Reward System, and automatically be signed up to receive our newsletter.
We don't, actually. All of our payment processing is securely done by Paypal or Stripe, so we don't have access to your credit card info at all. If you need to update your payment info, you have to do it yourself, as we can only see the last 4 digits of your card on our end. This is done to ensure your payment information is in as few hands as possible and secure every step of the way.
In order to be able to log into your account here at Inked Goddess Creations, you have to activate your log in info. You should have received an Account Activation email when you first created an account here. You need to verify your account through that email, and you'll be all set. If you did not receive an account activation email, or accidentally deleted, it, just shoot us a quick email and we can resend it!
YES! When you create an account here at Inked Goddess Creations, it will automatically link to your Magick Mail subscription account (as long as you use the same email address). When you log in at the top right hand corner of the screen, under your name you will see 'Manage Subscriptions.' That's where you can make changes to your subscription shipping address, billing info, or cancel your subscription.

Items that generally have a shorter turnaround time are gemstones, statues, altar items, books of shadows, candles, and candle holders, as these items are already made and ready-to-ship.
We have several ways to review the store and our products. You should be emailed a review form shortly after you receive your purchase, but some people have difficulty with the scripts in that form. You can always come to the site and click the 'Reviews' tab on the left side of the screen to leave a review. Product reviews are greatly appreciated, and you can leave those by heading to the product you purchased, scrolling down to the bottom of the listing, and you'll see a 'Product Review' section there. You can also leave a review on our Facebook Page.
We aim to reply to all emails within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Please understand that we are a small family business of 5 people who do everything from making the products, planning the subscription boxes, marketing, ordering inventory, packing orders, shipping and answering emails, so delays do occur.
No, we don't. We believe magick comes from within, so any spell or ritual you do for yourself is more powerful than anything done by another person on your behalf, regardless of their "credentials." Always keep this in the back of your mind, especially as you surf the web for products, websites or help!!
Yes and no. We have turned down custom orders in the past that dealt with requests that would harm an individual. We generally don't work in commanding or controlling magick, as well, as we believe everyone has free will, and that free will can not be manipulated. Basically, if we feel our products are going to be used outside of the greater good for the person placing the order, or used in a harmful way against another soul, we will decline your order and refund it. If you have questions about your intention for the custom product, it is better to email us before ordering, so we can discuss it.

We have 3 subscription options for the Magick Mail box, which automatically renew:
1 month subscription is $25, charged each month, with a box shipped each month
3 month subscription is $70, charged every 3 months, with a box shipped each month
6 month subscription is $125, charged every 6 months, with a box shipped each month
Shipping is FREE with Magick Mail boxes.
We also added a One-Time Purchase option, which will NOT start a subscription for you. This is a great option to try a box one month with no commitment, to send a box as a gift, or to just purchase one month's theme that resonates with you.
If you purchased a Recurring Subscription of Magick Mail (not a One-Time Purchase), then your subscription will automatically renew on the 28th of each month. There is no need to purchase a new box each month if you originally purchased a recurring subscription.
If you purchased a 3-month subscription, you will automatically be charged every 3 months for your subscription. If you purchased a 6-month subscription, you will automatically be charged every 6 months for your subscription.
You will receive an email 3 days prior to the automatic charge, reminding you that it is coming up on the 28th.
Automatic renewals happen on the 28th of the month. You will receive an email 3 days before the charge, reminding you it is coming up.
If you purchased a 3-month subscription, you will automatically be charged once every 3 months. If you purchased a 6-month subscription, you will automatically be charged once every 6 months for your subscription.
Log into your account here at Inked Goddess Creations, then click on 'Manage Subscriptions.' There will be a be a tab for 'Billing.' Click on that and you can change your account info there. If you are on a mobile, the Billing tab is a dropdown section under the 'Subscription' tab.
Yes! If the 28th does not work for you, we can definitely work with you to choose a better date, so you can continue to get your Magick Mail. Just shoot us an email and we'll adjust your account.
Please note- When you purchase a Magick Mail subscription, you are agreeing to your card being automatically charged on the 28th of the month. If you receive your reminder notice on the 25th and need the date temporarily moved back a day or 2, please let us know immediately by email, but please understand that there is 1 person here at Inked Goddess Creations who handles all of the emails and subscription renewals. We do our best here to work with customers on charge dates, but it is not guaranteed that we will be able to accommodate every request before the renewals occur on the 28th. The renewals are run by an automatic program, so we can not make changes on the 28th, as the renewals are already in process.
Not necessarily. We do offer a One-Time Purchase option for the Magick Mail box, which is great to try a month with no commitment, or to send to a loved one as a gift. The One-Time Purchase option may not be available each month, however. Some months we have a limited number of boxes available, and we have to make sure our subscribers are reserved their boxes, so the only way to guarantee a box each month is to subscribe.
At this time, no. In order for the subscription box to automatically renew each month, it has to go through our renewal program, and Paypal isn't accepted for our renewal program. Our renewal program accepts all major credit cards, and is securely processed by Stripe.
Our One Time Purchase Magick Mail and One Time Purchase Divine Goddess Box listings can be purchased via Paypal, but purchasing these listings will not start an automatically renewing subscription for you. You will have to head to the website each month and purchase these boxes yourself, if you want to receive a box every month.
Subscription boxes ship around the third of each month. If the third is on a weekend or holiday, we reserve the right to ship as close to the third as possible, give or take a few days. You will receive shipment confirmation with a tracking number when your subscription box is shipped!
You can use the direct link emailed to you when you began your subscription, or you can create an account at Inked Goddess Creations, using the links in the top right hand corner of the website. When you create an account here it will automatically link to your Magick Mail subscription account (as long as you use the same email address). When you log in at the top right hand corner of the screen, under your name you will see 'Manage Subscriptions.' That's where you can make changes to your subscription shipping address, billing info, or cancel your subscription. Changes for subscription box orders (such as shipping addresses) MUST BE MADE through the 'Manage Subscriptions' link. If you change your address in your website account, it will NOT automatically update your subscription, as these are separate. Not every customer here has a subscription to a monthly box, so any subscription-specific changes need to be made through the 'Manage Subscriptions' link.
No. That's when the next charge will occur on your account. The wording in your account is weird, we know, but unfortunately we can't change it. The box will ship around the 3rd of the month following the charge on the 28th.
Please don't. If you change the frequency of the shipment, the shipment date, or the shipment charge date, chances are it will mess up your order successfully renewing each month. If you have any questions about the settings in your account, please email us BEFORE just playing around with it. We have had customer's subscription boxes not renew because of settings changes. If you need your box charged on a different day of the month than the 25th, please contact us to change it for you, so your account stays active and your subscription successfully renews.
Chances are, no. When we package subscription boxes, we make them all uniform, so each customer is receiving the same box in the same arrangement as all of the other boxes. Orders placed along with subscription boxes will generally ship separately. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking numbers on all orders when we ship each item.
Starting with the March 2017 box, the Magick Mail box has the triple moon Magick Mail logo, our Inked Goddess Creations logo and website, and "Release the Magick Within" on the outside of the box. We feel the triple moon logo is vague-enough for non-magickal people to not fully understand the box's contents, as we do understand some of our customers are not out of the magickal broom closet, but personal enough to earth-centered belief paths, to where magickal people can be excited when they see their package arrive.
A link to your subscription account is included in your account activation email when you signed up for your subscription. Please use that link to make changes to your account, billing info, or to cancel your subscription. Please note that emailing us to cancel your subscription for you does NOT guarantee your subscription will be cancelled. Emails sometimes fall through the virtual cracks, and when we receive dozens of emails per day, the only way to make sure your subscription is cancelled is to do it yourself and receive the cancellation confirmation email!
We prefer if you cancel your subscription yourself, using the subscription log-in link you were given when you first subscribed. We get dozens of emails per day, and some emails fall through the virtual cracks, so emailing us to cancel does not guarantee that we will cancel it for you. The only guarantee is if you do it yourself and receive the cancellation email, confirming your subscription was indeed canceled.
You have to update your shipping address BEFORE the subscriptions renew on the 28th, as whatever address is associated with your account on the 28th is the address that will come in with the order. If you need to change your address after the 28th, but before the boxes mail on the 3rd, you need to email us to have us manually change it in the system! Boxes mailed to incorrect addresses are not refundable or returnable. If the box is returned to us, we can send it out again, after the customer pays for shipping charges to the new address.
When you log into your subscription account, under the header "Subscription Orders", you will see an address that says "Ships to:" next to it. THIS is the shipping address that your box will be shipped to when your subscription renews. This is the address that needs to be changed in order for your order to process correctly.
If your box successfully renews on the 28th (sending you a confirmation email of your successful renewal) and you cancel your subscription immediately, it does not cancel the box that just renewed. It cancels your subscription from renewing anytime from that point forward, meaning you will still be sent the box that just renewed. If you do not wish to receive that box, and would rather have a refund, you need to email us BEFORE we ship the boxes, so we can refund you the money and cancel that current box from shipping. Failure to contact us BEFORE the box ships means you will not get a refund.
If you fix the card error before the 30th of the month, then yes, you should still receive that month's box. Our subscription program resets on the 1st of the month, so any errors fixed by the last day of the month still count as that month's box. We do go in on the morning of the 30th and process all accounts with errors, and any remaining errors will have their subscription account cancelled. If you know the charge will decline on the 28th and give us a heads up by replying to any of the emails sent prior to cancellation, we can discuss possibilities then.
Unfortunately, no. We need the full month to finalize the boxes, make the items, pack the boxes and prepare them for shipment. We ship the boxes all at the same time so each customer receives their box in the same timeframe, to prevent spoilers. Shipping early to a customer just isn't possible, nor is it fair, to the rest of our subscribers.
The Magick Mail subscription boxes are sold as-is, and contents are not returnable or refundable. If an item is broken when you get it, please contact us about it, and make sure to have a quick picture of the damage done to the item for us to provide to the post office.
Yes! Some months, we only have a limited number of boxes available, and we make sure all of our current subscribers will be shipped a box. The 'Sold Out' on the listing is simply for new subscriptions or purchases. If you purchased a subscription one month and the 'Sold Out' shows up later that same month, you will still receive your box, as well.
If you already have an existing subscription with us (monthly, 3-month or 6-month), your subscription WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. There is no need to purchase a box every month, or a 3-month subscription every 3 months, or a 6-month subscription every 6 months. If you purchased a second subscription in error, please contact us immediately via email. If you purchased a 3-month or 6-month subscription and have already received 1 of the boxes in the subscription, your refund will reflect the remaining money in the subscription minus the full $25 price of the 1 month of Magick Mail you received. The discounted Magick Mail price in our 3-month or-6 month options is contingent on all boxes being fulfilled. Cancelling before your subscription is up results in being charged full price for any box(es) you've already received. You need to contact us before the last day of the month for us to be able to correct and double shipments. Contacting us after the last day of the month, or on ship day, results in you getting double boxes, as our system resets on the first of the month.
If your box didn't automatically renew on the 28th, you need to contact us as soon as possible to look into the system and see what happened. If we can get your card charged by the 30th of the month, you will still get your box. If you don't catch the error until after the first of the next month, there's a chance you will not receive that month's box, especially if we are Sold Out. Please understand we have hundreds of subscribers and can not keep up with everyone's accounts to double check that glitches or errors did not occur. This goes for the $0.00 orders if you purchased a 3-month or 6-month subscription, too; If you do not get an order number on the 28th for your $0.00 box, you need to contact us as soon as possible.
Our June 2017 Divine Goddess Box was the last monthly subscription box sent out. The Divine Goddess Box is being revamped into a full-sized box, launched every 2-3 months, honoring a Goddess of the world, but it will no longer be sent as an automatically monthly shipment. Customers will have to order the box from the website when we list them every few months.
